QUESTION:  How do I book a party?

QUESTION: Are you affiliated with videogamepartyinomaha.com or Video Game Party in Omaha?

ANSWER: No!  This is a group that has a website in many US cities stating they are a local business; which is false.  They take your order, for a higher or same fee, then try to convince us to book the event at a discount.  We will not honor these bookings because we don't know them, have an agreement with them or want to do business this way! Mobile Gaming Experience is Omaha's original, family owned and operated, business with more than 1,500 satisfied customers since 2012!


QUESTION:  How do I know the trailer can come to my house?

ANSWER:  Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere.  Our rig is about 50 feet long and needs to be placed on an area of little or no incline or decline. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot!  Please call us if you have any questions regarding trailer placement and location.  Safety is a requirement and we cannot park where we risk injury to you, our coaches or equipment.


QUESTION:  Will the kids and adults know what to do?  

ANSWER:  That's why we bring our Game Coaches!  They help everyone along, inspire and instruct.  We make sure it's the party of the year!


QUESTION:  Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?  

ANSWER:  Game selection is the responsibility of the host!  We recognize that games should be appropriate to the group using our rig. Select the appropriate catagories or specific titles and the rest we will store!


QUESTION:  What about bad weather?

ANSWER:  We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled!  As long as it is safe for us to drive, we'll be there!


QUESTION:  What time should I make the party?

ANSWER:  We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is a half-hour or more before our arrival time — that way they eat first and see the grand arrival of our mobile video game theater!


QUESTION:  What if too many people show up to the party?  Is there an extra charge?

ANSWER:  Certainly not!  Bring them on!  We'll keep them all having fun!  We've entertained groups of over 100 by using a rotational style of play.


QUESTION:  Do I request certain games?

ANSWER:  We always bring the full game library to every event and your Game Coach will listen to and make suggestions to make your event successful. Game selection is your choice!


QUESTION: Do I tip the Game Coach?  

ANSWER:  The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun.  They tutor, inspire and entertain.  Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.


QUESTION:  Do I have to pay for the party in advance?   

ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay online or create other arrangements.  Until we receive payment, or reached another arrangement, your time and date are open to other bookings.


QUESTION:  How do the birthday invitations work?  

ANSWER: Once you have confirmed and paid, we send you a link to download our high-quality invitations.


QUESTION:  What time will you be arriving?  

ANSWER:  We will arrive ~15 minutes prior to your party or event to setup.
